Tried some squatting again to test the knee.

Snatch Balance

5 sets x 3 reps @ 50 kg

Snatch from Below Knee

5 sets x 1 rep @ 70% (63 kg)

Snatch Deadlift (with 6 second negative)

5 sets x 2 reps @ 90% (81 kg)

Ring Dips

5 sets x 8 reps

Knee felt ok, but one Snatch bothered it again
