Pause Snatch (2 sec off floor, 2 sec above knee, 2 sec in hole)
6 sets x 1 rep @ 80, 82, 84, 86, 88, 90 kg

Front Squat
1 set x 2 reps @ 105 kg
1 set x 2 reps @ 112 kg
3 sets x 2 reps @ 120 kg

Strict HSPU
50  reps
