Arnold is finally over. Always a great tim but glad to get some rest and back to training.

Weightlifting
Snatch
3 sets x 1 rep @ 90% (90 kg)

Clean & Jerk
3 sets x 1 rep @ 90% (108 kg)

Front Squat
3 sets x 1 rep @ 90% (122 kg)


Bracing
3 Month with Kettlebell Pull Over
4 sets x 10 reps

Windshield Wipers
4 sets x 10 reps each side

Bracing Push Press with bar
4 sets x 8 reps (3 sec negative)


Conditioning
200 meter sled drag (2x45#)
200 meter walk
1 min Ski
3 rounds
