Olympic Total

185 Snatch
245 Clean & Jerk (3# PR)

185 Snatch was easy, so I jumped to 200 (2# PR) and barely missed it forward three times. Definitely going to get that weight soon.

Clean & Jerk felt great, barely missed clean at 250 and 255.


Heavy Squat

4 singles at 315

Missed one at 330

315 is not a lifetime PR, but it's the heaviest I've done since I've been back from the Caribbean

All in all, very happy with today's training.

Now to smash some Chipotle!
